Smoothie Bowls are a different way to drink your smoothies, which can replace your traditional breakfast, since you are ingesting carbohydrates, proteins and good fats, as well as vitamins and minerals.

It consists of a thick smoothie to which we add ingredients such as oats, nuts or fruit to make it a complete and nutritious meal.




Ingredients:

For 2 servings

1 frozen banana
1/2 peeled cucumber
1 glass of water or coconut milk
1 cup spinach
1 small Creole apple
1 tablespoon flaxseed
1 small piece of ginger (optional)
Replacements

You can change the spinach for kale, arugula, chard, any green leaf you like.
You can change the apple for mango, pineapple, pear
You can change the ginger for turmeric, matcha tea, cinnamon, cardamom, nutmeg, any spice that gives it flavor
You can change the coconut milk for any vegetable drink such as oats, almonds, cashews, rice...
How to do it

Put all the ingredients in the blender and blend until well combined.
Serve in a bowl and add fruit, granola, oats, nuts and/or seeds.
