1. WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Orders are delivered to the carrier one business day after your payment is confirmed.

Once delivered to the logistics operator, you will receive the order within 5 business days. The delivery time will be subject to the region of the country where the merchandise must be sent.

National shipments are made under the responsibility of each customer, returns of products damaged in transit are not accepted.

The above is due to the fact that shipments are contracted through transport companies and therefore Frutos & Semillas cannot guarantee the perfect condition of the product and its timely delivery to the end customer.

Shipping Costs

National deliveries are carried out by courier.

You will have to pay a fee that varies depending on the destination, weight and volume of the order. This value will be shown separately when you go to pay and will be calculated according to your order, before payment is made.

HOW DO I KNOW THE DISPATCH DATE OF MY ORDER AND ITS STATUS?

Once your order has been invoiced and shipped, you will receive an email informing you that it has already been delivered to the carrier.

Order tracking can be done through the courier website by entering the tracking number. It is the customer's obligation to ensure that someone must always be present at the delivery address to receive the product, otherwise the carrier's procedures for failed deliveries will apply.

SHIPMENTS TO MEDELLÍN AND METROPOLITAN AREA

If the order is placed before 11:00 am, it can be shipped in the morning or afternoon of the same day.

If the order is placed after 11:00 am, it could be delivered during the rest of the afternoon of the same day or the next morning.

The above will also depend on the availability of the products.

Local coverage

We arrive in Medellín and the entire metropolitan area (From Caldas to Girardota). Additionally, we arrive at Eastern Antioquia.

Shipping Costs

Home delivery is free for purchases over $150,000.

Lower purchases will have a delivery cost depending on the location (between $14,500 and up)

2. ATTENTION HOURS AND OFFICES

Orders are processed between 7am and 4pm Mon - Fri, Sat between 8am and 12pm, orders taken on Sundays or holidays are processed the next business day. The delivery of orders is carried out within cities, regions and/or areas considered safe for the operation of transportation, at the discretion of the carrier.

3. PICK UP IN STORE

For the Pickup option, when picking up the purchase you must present the order number that was informed to you by email. The customer may pick up the product after 2 hours of receiving the order confirmation email.

4. OTHER CONSIDERATIONS

Frutos & Semillas has its sole discretion to offer free shipping for purchases greater than an established value or may also offer free shipping on specific days in accordance with commercial and marketing strategies.

If the customer chooses an incorrect city or enters an incorrect address, the cost of the new shipment will be at his or her expense and delivery times will be extended in accordance with the terms established for this purpose by the carrier.

If at the time of delivery of the product, the customer refuses to receive it for a reason beyond the responsibility of Frutos & Semillas, the shipping cost will not be refunded.

In any case, there will be no refund if the product cannot be delivered because the delivery information provided by the customer is incorrect; because there is no one who receives it; or for any other error on the part of the client.
