Exchange and Return Policy

In cases where the same product is not available for the exchange, the total value paid for the product on the sales invoice will be returned to the consumer.

If there was a freight expense assumed by the customer; will also be recognized.

For the refund of the money, Frutos & Semillas will request the following information from the customer:

Full name
citizenship card
Bank account
Account type
How do I proceed for exchanges and/or returns?

Aspects to take into account to proceed with changes and/or returns:

The maximum term to request an exchange will be ten (5) business days from the delivery of the product.
The product to be returned for exchange must not have been opened or used and must not show wear or modifications. Likewise, the product must be returned in its original packaging. Frutos & Semillas reserves the right to accept changes and/or returns, verifying that the condition of the product complies with the aforementioned conditions.
Frutos & Semillas will respond to the request through a phone call and/or email within a period of up to two (2) business days. From this response, the client has five (5) business days to inform Frutos & Semillas of the tracking number and the carrier through which the shipment will be made. In case of an exchange and/or return, the customer will assume the cost of shipping. If the Customer does not receive a response within the established time, Frutos & Semillas will cancel the exchange or return request.
In the case of a return due to quality, you must send images that demonstrate the novelty presented. Frutos & Semillas reserves the right to accept changes and/or returns, verifying that there is indeed a quality problem. If it is a guarantee, Frutos & Semillas will assume the shipping cost and give instructions for carrying it out.
The change will be made once Frutos & Semillas physically receives the return. This may take 2-5 business days from when the customer ships the product and depends on the transit time of the product and the shipping transit time of the new replacement product. The freight of the new shipment will be assumed by the customer.
In no case does Frutos & Semillas offer additional guarantees in money or free of charge that modify the aforementioned coverage.

Frutos & Semillas will not grant a guarantee and/or returns in cases where it is demonstrated that the failure or defect is due to: (i) normal deterioration or shrinkage of the product; (ii) force majeure or fortuitous event; (iii) act or omission of a third party; (iv) improper use of the product; (v) damage or malfunctions caused during the storage or transportation process of the product by the consumer.
