Oatmeal and rosemary waffles


2 cups of oats hydrated 12 hours before with hot water.
1/2 teaspoon pink salt
80ml Greek yogurt (1/3 cup)
80 ml coconut oil (1/3 cup)
1/2 cup of Brazil nuts + Activated and crushed almonds
2 teaspoons sesame seeds
1 small sprig of fresh rosemary, chopped.
How to do it

Mix all the ingredients evenly
Transfer the mixture to the waffle maker or frying pan until the waffles are ready.
Serve them with Babaganoush, sprouts or sprouts and the protein of your choice (turkey breast is suggested)
Optional: Decorate with edible flowers
