roasted cauliflower


Ingredients:

1 whole cauliflower
¬Ĺ cup coconut yogurt
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
¬Ĺ orange juice
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
Pinch of salt and pepper
1/4 olive oil
Sea salt and pepper to taste
Spice mix (1 tsp each): garlic and onion powder, smoked paprika (hopefully smoked because it gives it an incredible flavor)
How to do it

Take the whole cauliflower and marinate it first with the olive oil, massaging it with your hands until it is completely coated.
Add the rest of the spices + salt and pepper.
Put it in the oven for 40 minutes at 190^C
Separately, make the sauce in a container with: coconut yogurt, Dijon mustard, orange juice, apple cider vinegar and salt and pepper to taste.
When enjoying it, let the cauliflower rest and bathe it with the sauce.
