Sweeten your Christmas a little. We present you a quick, simple and delicious recipe, easy to prepare to share with the whole family during times of celebration.
Ingredients:
grilling cheese
Walnuts
Basil
Dry tomatoes
Olive oil
Parmesan
Pinch of salt
Chopped garlic
Pepper
How to do it
For the green pancakes (spinach):
In the processor add: 1 cup of rolled oats, 1 tbsp of flaxseed, 1 tbsp of baking powder, the bunch of spinach, 1 egg, 1 banana, ½ cup of vegetable drink; Process everything until you have a consistent mixture.
Preheat the pan with 1 tbsp of ghee and add between 3 to 4 tbsp of the mixture, shape it into a round pancake type and let it brown on both sides; reserve.
For the red (beet) pancakes:
Repeat the same previous procedure, changing the bunch of spinach for the ½ beet and the same ingredients.
They are also allowed to brown on both sides and set aside.
For the chocolate sauce:
In a container, mix very well: cocoa powder, water, sweetener and almond butter, until smooth (sauce-like).
To assemble the cake:
Take 1 green pancake as a base, add a layer of Greek yogurt, then another red pancake and a layer of Greek yogurt; Repeat the same process until you have a tower with several colored pancakes.
Cover the entire cake with a layer of yogurt and add fresh blueberries on top.
Finish with the chocolate sauce on top.
