Natural Zucchini Dip

1 white onion, chopped into thin julienne strips
1 medium zucchini, diced
3 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
1/2 lemon juice and zest
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp coconut oil
3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1/3 cup unsweetened coconut drink
Salt, garlic and onion powder, pepper to taste
How to do it

In a frying pan, brown the white onion with coconut oil until golden brown.
Add the zucchini and sauté for 4 minutes.
In the processor, add the zucchini and onions ready with the rest of the ingredients, until you have a smooth texture.
Add olive oil and continue processing for 1 more minute.

Serve as desired and enjoy with nachos or the toppings you like the most.
