Chocolate brownies

Sweet and delicious vegan alternative, Gluten free and Low Carb.


1/2 cup of dates
1/2 cup of natural nuts
1 cup of almond flour
1 tbsp ground flaxseed
200 g of 70% dark chocolate
¬Ĺ tsp ground cardamom (optional)
¬Ĺ tsp ground cinnamon
2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa
3 tbsp cocoa nibs
How to do it

In the minced meat, add the nuts and crush them
Add the dates + cocoa and continue with the process, until all the ingredients are integrated.
In a bowl, add the previous mixture + almond flour and flaxseed; With the help of your hand, mix until you have a dense dough, set aside.
Separately, melt the chocolate with the method (bain-marie), in a small pot boil water and in a smaller container, have the chocolate in a bar, and let it melt with the steam of the hot water.
Add to the melted chocolate, cinnamon and cardamom, mix very well.
In a brownie mold (it can be refractory or silicone mold), have a sheet of paraffin paper, which covers the inside of the mold, and on top of it add the dough (chocolate dough) that was already ready.
Press with your fingers until firm and add the melted chocolate.
Finish with the nibs on top and place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
