Cookies with seed mix
We present you a simple recipe, with few ingredients, delicious, satisfying and nutritious. Ideal for adults and children, it can be a snack, a dessert and a perfect companion in our little ones' lunch boxes. Whichever option you choose will be adding to your health by containing ingredients such as good fats, good quality carbohydrates and natural sweeteners that also provide you with vitamins and minerals.

Œ cup peanut butter or some nut or dried fruit butter
1 cup almond flour, you can also use coconut flour
1 tablespoon honey
âOatsâ option ingredients

How to do it
Preheat the oven to 130°C
In a bowl, mix all the ingredients of the option you have chosen to prepare, until you have a dough that you can easily manipulate. Start by mixing it with a spatula and then knead it with your hands.
Make balls so that the dough is very compact and then turn them into whatever you prefer, cookies or sticks, place them on a baking tray that has paraffin paper or a silicone mat.
Put them in the oven for 15 minutes at 130°C or until the edges are golden brown.
Let them cool, you can leave the recipe here or get creative, maybe add some chocolate chips, cover them in chocolate and add toppings such as peanuts, nuts, seeds, blueberries and even fill them.
Tips
You can add cinnamon or cocoa powder to the dough, so you will have more versions
If you feel that the dough is too dry, you can add a little more peanut butter or the option you have chosen, add little by little until you get the consistency you want, do not add liquids such as vegetable drinks or water to this mixture.
To the dough that has been formed you can add chocolate chips, seeds, blueberries or whatever you prefer so that this is what you have once you knead inside the dough.
Do not prepare this recipe with coconut oil, ghee or macadamia butter, you will not get the texture we are looking for.
Honey plays an important role in this recipe due to its consistency. If you want to change the sweetener, we recommend that you do a little test.
