Shipping to other cities:
From orders of $2,000,000, Frutos & Semillas assumes up to $100,000 of shipping, otherwise the freight is assumed by the customer.

About Claims:
The maximum period to report any non-conformity with billing or dispatch is 72 hours after delivery of the order at the company's facilities, for which the client's copy of the invoice must be signed in the received section.

Returns of expired products are not accepted.

Returns for quality:
Returns are accepted for non-conformities in quality. For the return, the request form must be sent to the email contacto@frutosysemillas.com where evidence of non-conformity with the product, the batch number and expiration date are attached. . This request will be responded to 5 business days after its confirmation by the market analyst or your assigned commercial advisor.

Note: For national logistical reasons, after receiving notification from the company, the customer will decide if they want a replacement or a credit note on the next order they place.

Returns for new customers:
